Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • Original tags are attached

  • Original packaging is available

  • Item is not damaged by the customer

Refund Process

After inspection:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
